BLAKE Inspire for Teachers is an action-packed, five-day environmental education and leadership development programme in Auckland for primary and intermediate teachers. It is fully funded by the Ministry, excluding travel costs to Auckland.

Join teachers from all over Aotearoa to learn from world-leading scientists, environmental leaders and field experts about environmental issues. Participants gain practical knowledge about issues including climate change, biodiversity and ocean health to take back to their classrooms, while learning in the diverse landscapes of Aotearoa.

The deepened understanding and practical examples teachers gain through the programme helps them become more confident educators. It also helps teachers support and encourage environmental action, conservation and sustainability in their schools.
