The Workforce Initiative Searcher for Principals (WISP) is an interactive tool where you can explore a range of workforce supports, programmes, and initiatives that can help your school or kura with recruiting and retaining staff.

You can access the WISP tool through the link below. To find the initiatives for which your school or kura is eligible:
enter the name or number of your school or kura into the search bar
a list of all eligible programmes will appear for your school or kura
once you have found something of interest, select the link for further information and to apply.
