Schools payroll remediation overview
We are working to pay any money owed to current and former employees who haven't been paid in line with contracts and/or legislationThe Ministry has several remediation projects underway. This work is complex and will continue over the next several years.

If you’re owed money, we’ll contact you when you’re about to receive a payment.
If you’ve left the school sector, you can update your contact information by registering on the Schools Payroll Remediation Portal.

The early childhood education and tertiary sectors are not included in this work.
